What Items are Eligible for Returns?

All standard non customizable products are eligible for return and refund.

Are customised products eligible for return?

Home decor- Customized products do not fall under the eligible category of return or refund.

Clothing- No customised outfit under any collection falls under the category of return or refund. Any outfit customised by size or fabric or both are not eligible for returns or refund.

Accessories, organisers, travel products- If customized, they are not eligible.

Bulk orders- No bulk orders are eligible for return or refund.

How do I return or refund my order?

  • Applicable on standard non customizable products.
  • You may request returns for items you buy listed on IWOWD. However, you can only return items explicitly identified as returnable on the product detail page within the given period of 14 working days from the date of delivery.

Items are returnable if you have received them in a condition that is -

  • Physically damaged
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Defective
  • Different from its description on the product detail page on IWOWD.

What are the return guidelines?

  • Your address and the product that you wish to return must be eligible for a refund.
  • Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with IWOWD Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
  • When trying on products, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item.
  • All labels must be attached and intact when returning any items to us. We will not accept the order return of products where it is evident that these instructions are not being followed.
  • The returned product must be in its original packaging with any enclosed returns/exchange documentation.
  • Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection.

Categories not eligible for return if:

  • Products damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • The original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, is damaged.
  • Serial Number has been tampered.
  • Defective products that have not been covered under Seller/Manufacturer's warranty.
  • Product is used or altered.
  • If the request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery.
  • Free product provided by the company.
  • The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded if the product is damaged while returning.
  • Customized products are not returnable for size or fitting related issues, as it is customized for the user's body measurements.
  • Home decor products are returnable only in case of damage, and an opening video is a must. Every product is checked for quality before shipping. In case of logistical errors, please send us a video for a replacement or refund.
  • You must write or call customer care as suggested for the return of the product.
